Dunebrook’s mission is to advocate for children and to provide positive family support and education. Since founding in 1989, we have helped thousands of children, parents and families strengthen their relationships with one another.

We offer a variety of programs for families including Nurturing Families, Healthy Families, Community Partners for Child Safety, and Maternal Infant Early Childhood. We are also a child advocacy center providing a child-focused, child-friendly community partnership dedicated to pursuing the truth in child abuse investigations and Body Safety, a prevention and education program that teaches elementary school-aged children that their bodies belong to them and that they have the right to say “NO” to a touch to their private parts for “no good reason or just to play a game.”

Our CAC also provides Stewards of Children training. Stewards of Children is a revolutionary sexual abuse prevention training  program that educates adults to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse, and motivates them to courageous action.

We are also in the third school year of the Westville Little School Pilot Project, which provides preschool services to children eligible to attend Westville School District. The project is a collaborative program partnership between Dunebrook, Purdue University North Central and Westville Schools.
