DESCRIPTION:Huntington County Child Abuse Prevention Month Proclamation \nThis event is hosted by the Huntington County Prevent Child Abuse Council \nThe Mayor will issue a Proclamation at 9am on Monday\, April 6 in the Courthouse Rotunda.  The National Junior Honor Society has an action plan for pinwheels to be distributed to local businesses and organizations.
