He is a licensed attorney who practices primarily as a Guardian ad Litem\, advocating for children in the court system. From 2018 to 2020\, Albert Grieve was the Legal Aspects Trainer for the Children’s Division of Missouri’s Department of Social Services (DSS). Albert also served as a Rainbow House Child Advocacy Center Board Member. Before his work at the Children’s Division\, Albert was a litigation attorney for the Division of Legal Services\, DSS.  Albert was a commissioned law enforcement officer with the Jefferson City Police Department for approximately four years before attending St. Louis University School of Law.
