Kelci Fox - Statewide Council Engagement Manager

Kelci has spent the past five years working with children, families, volunteers, and community partners, creating programs that make a real difference in their lives. She loves partnering with schools, local organizations, and county councils across the state to build strong connections, engage volunteers, and provide families with the resources and support they need to thrive.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in human services, specializing in children and family services, from Southern New Hampshire University. Her education and hands-on experience shaped her people-centered approach and her belief that strong, connected communities are at the heart of helping children succeed.

Passionate about supporting families and empowering volunteers, Kelci enjoys designing programs that offer kids opportunities to grow, learn, and feel supported, while also helping volunteers feel valued and connected.

Kelci lives in Tippecanoe County with her family. When she’s not working, she loves reading, spending time with her children, and getting involved in community efforts that strengthen families across Indiana.
