Adams County Children and Family Celebration

Join us 12p – 1pm on the Adams County Courthouse Lawn in Decatur, IN as we celebrate the youth and children or our community; as well as the many staff, agencies, and volunteers who supported them over that last year. We will be planting a pinwheel garden at the event.
