TCAP aims to provide fun, safe and free activities for families in our community. In February we host a superhero Saturday, In April we have a proclamation, Lunch and Learn and pinwheel gardens and in the fall we host another family event.
TCAP has been a PCAIN Chartered Council since 1993.
