Prevent Child Abuse Indiana offers trainings and presentations on a number of topics related to preventing child abuse and neglect. These are perfect for small groups, professional organizations, and community groups who want to help keep kids safe. Our trainings are provided at no charge, thanks to funding from private donations and the Kids First Trust Fund.

What Would I Do? Human Trafficking

What Would I Do? is a human trafficking prevention curriculum designed for upper elementary to senior high students to foster critical thinking about healthy relationships, develop a proactive response to harmful cultural messages, and identify action steps for responding to unsafe situations. It also provides youth the space for addressing harmful stereotypes, barriers to seeking help, and strategies for staying safe.

Human Trafficking 101

For those who work with youth: This presentation is an introduction to the issue of human trafficking, including scope, definitions, vulnerability factors for victims, indicators of possible trafficking, services available, and how to identify and report. Training requires 2 hours.
